Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using YKI Testi ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YKI Testi provides free online practice tests for the Finnish YKI proficiency exam. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Practice test content is provided for educational purposes and does not guarantee a specific outcome on the official YKI exam.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • —Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the test content.
  • —Share your account with others.
  • —Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • —Use automated tools to interact with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including test questions, texts, and interface design — is owned by YKI Testi or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice results will reflect your performance on the official YKI exam. We are not affiliated with the Finnish National Board of Education or any official YKI examination body.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finnish YKI Prep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
